Sabina Friedman-Seitz was born and raised in New York City, where she made her stage debut in 4th grade at St Ann's School as the hookah-smoking caterpillar in Alice in Wonderland. 

She holds a BA from Wesleyan University and an MFA from the Actor's Studio Drama School and is a local in both NYC and LA. 

Recent credits include The Boy Downstairs starring Zosia Mamet and directed by Sophie Brooks, now out on HBO, and The Florida Project, directed by Sean Baker and starring Willem Dafoe, and Book Club. On the festival circuit is the lead role in Fingers, directed by Juan Ortiz and featuring Michael St Michaels of The Greasy Strangler and Jeremy Gardner of The Battery.

On SPR she plays Jill Wessel and Morgana Tuckerson (VLN).
