Born and raised in NYC. Walter has been acting since he was a teen. His first film was “L.I.E.” Which premiered at Sundance. He and his writing partner Maximilian Clark created, wrote and starred in LLAMA COP for STARZ Digital. Their new series APARTMENTALIST is set to drop in 2020.
